What's checked

Every audit runs the same structured review against your resume and, where provided, the job posting:

  Resume quality score (1 to 10). How well the resume itself is written, structured, and quantified, independent of any specific job. A strong resume aimed at the wrong keywords can still score well here.
• 2.
  ATS match score (1 to 10). How closely your wording aligns with the job posting's own language, scored separately from quality because a well-written resume can still fail a keyword match, and a keyword-matched resume can still read poorly.
• 3.
  Top 3 issues, ranked by impact. Each comes with a specific problem, a fix, and a before and after example pulled from your actual bullets, not a generic template. Ranked means the first issue listed is the one worth fixing before the other two.
• 4.
  ATS notes and keyword comparison. Which terms from the job posting your resume already matches, and which are missing, so you know exactly what to add rather than guessing.
• 5.
  One strength found. A specific positive already working in your resume, referenced directly rather than generic encouragement.

The two scores are kept separate on purpose. A resume can read well to a person and still lose to the parser, or match every keyword in a posting and still read like a list of duties. Fixing one doesn't automatically fix the other, so the report treats them as two different problems with two different sets of fixes.

Written Audit vs. Audit + Call

Both tiers run the identical audit, the difference is entirely in what happens after the report arrives. Choose the Written Audit if you're comfortable acting on a written plan yourself. Choose Audit + Call if you'd rather talk through the priority fixes with someone before you start rewriting, particularly useful when the fix touches how to phrase a career change or an unusual work history that doesn't reduce neatly to a bullet point.

What your report looks like

The report opens with a single priority action, the one change most likely to move your interview rate, stated in one sentence so it's obvious what to do first even if you read nothing else. The ATS section follows, showing which keywords from the job posting your resume already covers and which are missing, so you can see the exact gap rather than guess at it.
